Our Mini cattle are pasture raised and processed at our trusted local butcher. You customize your cuts using a detailed cut sheet provided directly by the processor.
Typical take-home weight: 180 - 225 lbs. Approximate weight.
Price: $12 per pound (cut, wrapped, frozen weight)
This deposit secures your share. Final balance is calculated based on actual packaged weight and is due prior to pickup.
Optional items such as liver or tallow are available upon request. Pickup is arranged directly with our local processor once your order is complete.
Once processing is complete, you may pick up directly from our trusted local butcher, or we can coordinate local delivery within our service area. Delivery area is limited to our local region to ensure product quality and proper cold handling.

A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your beef share.
This deposit applies toward your final total, which is calculated at $12 per pound based on final cut, wrapped, and frozen weight.
Because we reserve processing dates and commit animals based on your reservation, deposits are non-refundable.
Balance is due prior to pickup.
