We chose to raise Mini Heritage cattle not because they are trendy, but because they make sense for real families. A manageable harvest size. Honest portions. Transparent pricing. No confusion.

What started as a personal commitment to raise our own food with integrity quickly grew into something more. Friends began asking for beef. Then eggs. Then pork. And we realized there was a need for something simple — food raised with care, sold with transparency.
